Kristin Engelstad is a clinical study coordinator and a certified genetic counselor at the Department of Neurology at Columbia University in New York. She has worked in the field of neurology for over a decade and is also involved in several areas of patient care, research, and genetic counseling. Her involvement in research includes natural history studies, clinical trials, a patient contact registry and biobank for patients with genetic disorders. She holds certification from the American Board of Genetic Counseling.
