Dr. Thomas Rando is Professor of Neurology in the department of Neurology and Neurological Sciences of Stanford University School of Medicine. He was the Founding Director at Muscular Dystrophy Association Clinic, Stanford Medical Center till 2003.

He received his medical education from Harvard Medical School and PhD in Cell and Developmental Biology from Harvard University.
